Solero Sunshine brings back memories of carefree Holidays: enjoying an ice cream (or a coffee), a clear schedule ahead, and the sun warming your skin.

It’s a happy brew for slow mornings and anyone who appreciates an experimental twist in their cup. Creamy smoothness and a nice mix of passionfruit and mango sorbet.

It’s safe to say this series of fruity explosions has earned its stripes in our lineup. The idea behind it is to take various liquid diamond coffees, roast, blend, experiment, slurp, tweak, recreate, and experiment some more to craft a new, innovative, bursting cup profile that’s perfect as a complex espresso or a playful, fruity filter coffee.

Keep your coffee fresh

Store your coffee airtight in a clip-sealed bag or metal tin to protect it from air and light. Let your coffee rest for 2 weeks after roasting to degas. Then it reaches its brewing flavor peak up till 8 weeks. If you won’t use it within two months, you can portion and freeze your coffee to maintain freshness.

Orders can be picked up at one of our shop locations in Amsterdam.
Please indicate your preferred pick up location when checking out.
