Cascara tonic recipe

For the cascara brew
200ml water
14 gr cascara

Pour boiling water over the cascara. Let it steep overnight.
Sieve.

For the cascara tonic
150ml tonic
150ml cascara
and 10ml of lime juice
Pour the cascara and lime in a glass filled with ice cubes, top off with tonic.
Serve with a slice of lime.

(when you feel wild, add 1oz of rum)
