Finca Guayabina is Rum Baba's House espresso. We feature coffees from Dariela and Roy for several years now and feel it as the perfect base espresso for all milk coffees served in our bars. It is a great espresso on it's own also. 

A cup profile with a pleasing orange citrus acidity on a sweet toffee layer.

 

Roy and Dariela are a couple owning a relatively small farm in the hills of the very south of Honduras. We connected via the local cooperative and our partner Cafesmo. Roy and Dariela run the farm as a family business together. It is a small plot of land which they own, but it doesn't limit Roy's strong ambition for producing and developing high quality coffee. 
Among their crops, we specifically favor the Parainema Arabica variety which originated in Honduras. Parainema is a so-called Hybrid variety related to the Sachimor variety. Parainema is typical for producing relatively large beans.

Free Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders (the Netherlands) receive free shipping when the total order value is €60,- or more!
Below this value our standard low rates apply.

Shipping

All online orders are packed and delivered from our Roastery in Amsterdam West. We ship your order within 1 - 2 business days.

We send out coffee which is freshly roasted 1 to 10 days prior.

Domestic Shipping

NL orders are shipped with PostNL and expected to arrive the next day.
Orders will be fulfilled and shipped out Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Orders placed after 15:00 will be processed the next day.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday the following week.


European Shipping

International orders are shipped through PostNL or DHL. Depending destination country shipping time may vary. Postal carriers are operating during business days.

Southern & Eastern Europe 4+ days

Pick-Up

Pick Up
Orders can be picked up at one of our shop locations in Amsterdam.
Please indicate your preferred pick up location when checking out.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up.

Our East location usually has the order ready within a day for pick up.

Elandsgracht might take up to two days.
